We had a great Easter! The kids were soooo cute hunting in the morning, they were good at church, and then we had a great time visiting all our families. TJ said that Easter is is 2nd favorite holiday (after Christmas, of course). They were really cute and grateful. It was a really cute day.

We Love Grandpa and Horton!

On Saturday we went with family to see "Horton Hears a Who." It was great! I really liked it, and so did the kids. Alyssa did alright, I only had to leave once and just for a minute. It had a scary bird, but it wasn't scary enough to frighten the kids. The moral of it is poignant, and I loved that they quoted right from the book. So I'd give it **** (4 stars), the best kids movie I've seen in awhile!

Afterward we came to our house for dinner and the kids couldn't pass up a chase to wrestle Grandpa. Poor Grandpa! Oh, and THANK YOU to Grandpa for fixing our washing machine...you are a life saver!!!!!

It's a Girl!!!

Okay, we now have the official word that we are having a girl!!! Yeah!! We are really excited! Could I have planned it better??? 2 boys then 2 girls.....perfect! And then we'll be done, unless angels come down from heaven and strike us with lightning or something and then we'll have to rethink it. But for now, we're excited at having two of each!

Dallas Trip!!!!

Yeah!! I got to go spend the weekend with Justin in Dallas. It was great! We had a really good time, and even though we love our kids, it was a nice break (thanks April and Jason!!!). We went to the Dallas World Aquarium, which was really neat. We also went to White Rock Lake. That was fun, but very windy. Coming home was crazy because my flight was delayed, it was pouring rain, and then they sent my luggage to Cincinnati. But I made it home and I even got my luggage this morning. Yeah! Justin comes home on Friday!!!!

Missing the Hubby

Okay, I'm whining. Yes, Justin has been gone for one week and we still have almost two weeks to go. (Sigh) We really miss him. I say we because the kids are also really missing him. Alyssa asks for him more than her brothers do. She's a Daddy's Girl. I miss him the most though. My friends are sick of talking to me because I don't stop talking...I need adult conversation!!! I can't wait until I get to fly out this weekend to see him. It will be fabulous!!!

We Love Dustin!

Last week we sent Dustin off to the MTC. It was sad but boy is he going to be a good missionary. He is going to Guatemala City. Good luck Dustin, we love you!
