I am so happy that my brother Logan has returned safely from serving in Peru! He arrived yesterday and my boys could not have been any happier. They have been counting down for months! Welcome Home Logan!!!!!!

We have had my niece and nephew staying with us since Monday, and we have had a great time! Today I actually got brave enough to take all of the kids (5 kids 6 yrs and under), to Wendys for food and then to the park to eat and play (I wasn't brave enough to have all of them in the restaurant by myself). We had a fun time! Kind of funny...some people have 5 kids in their families and they don't even think twice about taking them places, but when you're not used to it, it seems like a lot....and we'll be having one more in a few months...so I guess it was good prep. and I should get used to it!

I love flowers!

Yeah!! After all my whining, I think spring may finally be here. It may not be perfect, but boy is it gorgeous outside!!! My kids played in the backyard all day yesterday and Alyssa even got a little bit of a sunburn because I didn't even think about sunscreen or hats. Both are required from now on if they want to play outside. This is absolutely fabulous!!!!!

Okay, I know I said SPRING, not winter!!! What is up with this???? Snow on my flowers....ugh!

Spring????

Well, it may have snowed this morning, but the sun is out now and I took some pics of the flowers blooming in our gardens. I cannot wait for spring, real spring! The kind of spring that stays nice and maybe some rain....but NO snow!!!!! So my flowers think it is spring, but apparently mother nature has some different plans. We'll enjoy the flowers for now and hope they don't die in the snow!

Tribute to Sister Stettler

We have the most incredible primary chorister in our ward! She is awesome and fun and creative, and the kids and adults love her! She made up this song so we can remember the apostles and my kids sing it all the time. It is a great credit to her that they know all the names and Brenden even said it is his new favorite song. Yeah for Sister Stettler, we love you!!!!!
